For four generations, we have continued the family business, especially olive growing, which is our main production. We are located in Fontvieille in the Vallée des Baux de Provence. Our olive orchards are located around Fontvieille and in the Alpilles. We created our nursery in 1995 where we cultivate olive plants.
We produce high quality PDO organic olive oil. This fragrant oil comes from our olive orchards dating back to the 11th century. This fruity taste is due to the diversity of olive varieties such as saloninque, aglandaou, picholine etc... The know-how of this production has been passed on from generation to generation.
On our farm, we also produce olive seedlings in nurseries (in pots). We also cultivate organic cereal fields located near the abbey of Montmajour.
Our olive oil production in the Vallée des Baux has been PDO since 1991 and organic for 7 years. We made this choice out of concern for the preservation and respect of the environment.
