To mark the 100th anniversary of the Renault diamond logo, and in partnership with the Renault Fund for Art and Culture, the Vasarely Foundation presents ‘Dialogues with the Diamond’.
A founding symbol of Vasarely's ‘plastic alphabet’, Renault's graphic identity and a timeless symbol of modernity, the diamond shape becomes the focal point of dialogue between Arthur Dorval, Sébastien Préschoux and Olivier Swiz, leading figures in the optical and kinetic urban art scene.
Through geometric abstraction and perceptual effects, they extend Vasarely's legacy in resolutely contemporary forms. Together, they transform the Foundation into a creative laboratory. On this occasion, for the first time, Victor Vasarely's personal office is open to the public and becomes an in situ creative workshop.
The three artists also take over the Foundation's rooms and outdoor spaces, engaging in direct dialogue with the architecture and works of the master of optical-kinetic art.
Come and witness this exceptional encounter between Vasarely's legacy and contemporary urban creativity.
