PROGRAMME We'll be travelling above Fontaineblau to take in the scenery beneath Mont Saint-Maurice. On a geological map, we'll be able to see the Lias black limestone. Afterwards, a tour of the plots containing old and newly planted vines. Pruning and trellising of the vines will be explained, as well as the different stages in their cultivation through the seasons. Noon: packed lunch. In the afternoon, we'll take the vehicles to the Valserres Cemetery car park, then take a tour of the Parcelles des Tancs, de l'Hoche, Notre Dame and Chapelle des Roses. Finally, we'll head to the Hautes Vignes cooperative cellar for a tasting and sale of the estate's wines.
