Discover the vineyards and history of the Haut-Alpes vineyards at Puy Sanières. Duration 1/2 day.
PROGRAMME We will then head to La Treille as far as the Ferme Saint Julien for a landscape reading in the magnificent panorama of vineyards overlooking the Lac de Serre-Ponçon. To fully understand the geology of this area, we'll walk up to the Pibou belvedere and admire the magnificent balcony view over the Durance valley and the Serre-Ponçon lake.
In the heart of the vineyards, we'll be able to observe the different pruning and vine management techniques between the young plots of Domaine du Mont Guillaume and the old vines. We'll then make our way to Petit Puy, where Delphine and Emmanuel will welcome us to the cellar, where they vinify the estate's different vintages, at 5pm.
The walk as a whole has a positive difference in altitude of around 100 metres, for a total distance of 2km.
