A gentle walk in the water to discover the island's ecosystem, fauna, flora and local history. A real moment of connection with nature, punctuated by breathing and waves.

The day continues with a 2-hour oenosensory stroll between the beach and the vineyards of the
Domaine La Courtade: a 4-stage tour, games based on the island's fragrances, anecdotes about the area and a tasting of the estate's wines.
