The exhibition Éclats de Vie, Éclats de Joie is a dialogue between two long-time friends, each with their own distinctive personality.
The twists and turns of life gave them the opportunity to exhibit together for the first time in Versailles in 2009.
The maturity and evolution of their creations have brought them so close together that they are now echoing each other.
Travel, beauty, motherhood and encounters are sources of inspiration for both of them. But it is the freedom of expression of each of them that has enabled them to combine their complicity and their talents for this new exhibition.

Marie-Agnès Trannoy
After working as an interior designer, Marie-Agnès Trannoy has devoted the last twenty years to painting, making watercolour her favourite medium. Her speciality is
her speciality is the reproduction of seascapes, always characterised by vivid, harmonious colours.
Born in sunny Toulon, with a passion for warm colours, watercolour allows her to fully express her Mediterranean sensibility, capturing emotion and magical moments with a single stroke.
Now based in the region, she gives classes in Paris to pass on her passion and explain her technique, which she uses for seascapes, portraits and cityscapes.

Isabelle de Montvalon
After her initial experience in painting, her interest in three-dimensional form naturally led her to clay modelling, which she practised in a workshop in Marseille.
For many years she lived in Milan, where she attended the studio of sculptor Salvo Cansone and took life drawing classes at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts in Milan.
She has exhibited extensively in France and Italy. Today, she is continuing her search for authenticity and depth.
She has chosen figurative expression to recount moments in her life or personal questions about existence: she sculpts women, men and children, dreaming, dozing, mischievous, moulded in clay, cast in bronze, sometimes reflecting, resting, playing, finding themselves in a Plexiglas ball that brings a touch of modernity to a classic work.
