At the heart of the exhibition is a short film paying tribute to the Beaumont Tower, which has housed the D-Day Landing and Liberation in Provence Memorial since 1964. It highlights the tower's defensive architecture - built between 1842 and 1845, it was essential to the surveillance of the harbor - as well as its integration into the natural setting of Mount Faron.
Extend the experience with Hifiklub app. a geolocated, immersive application: by scanning the QR code at the entrance, each visitor triggers a unique musical creation. The algorithm assembles hundreds of sequences in real time to offer each listener an original sound reading of Toulon and the Second World War.
