Exhibition organized by the city of Arles to mark World Wetlands Day.

The aim of this exhibition is to present the work of 6th graders from Ampère secondary school on the Beauchamp marsh (Pont de Crau, Arles) and students from the Marinette-Carletti school in Mas-Thibert on the Cassaïre marsh (Mas-Thibert), carried out as part of an Aire Terrestre Educative project.
Also on display will be images taken by Arles photographer Mario Maretti, a member of APPA (Association des photographes du Pays d'Arles), of the Petit Clar marsh as the seasons go by (Beauchamp site), as well as the photographic and graphic work of illustrator Laurent Prullière on the future redevelopment of the Beauchamp site (Pont de Crau).
Venue: Exhibition room on the first floor, salle Ouest, Espace Van Gogh, place Félix Rey, 13200 Arles.

Mario Maretti :
Has been practicing argentic photography since the 70s with a Minolta 24×36 where he used to shoot his films on paper with red light in his bathroom.
Switched to digital photography in 2012 and became interested in processing files via various software programs and, later, printing with an inkjet printer on large-format paper.
His favorite exercise is wildlife photography, birds in particular.
"It's in the great outdoors that my camera and I are most at ease!"
Laurent Prullière:
32 years' experience in illustration, mainly in architecture and real estate development.
Trained at the Duperré School of Applied Arts in Paris.
Since 2024, he has devoted himself to teaching and training at the MOPA school in Arles and since then at CREAD in Montpellier (part of the Brassart group).
A specialist in digital illustration, he also practices drawing in its most classical form and watercolor illustration.
