The 11th edition of the Phare Festival features a selection of "feel-good" and "humorous" short films, ending with a ciné-concert dedicated to Musidora.
The Phare Festival is an international festival where short films compete in fiction, animation and documentary, held from August 6 to 10, 2025 at the Théâtre Antique in Arles.

Based on the short story L'Espagnole by Maria Star.
With Musidora, Antonio Cañero, Simone Cynthia.
An inn maid, Juana, is courted by Jarana, a bullfighter who is then seduced by a foreigner. Juana then confides in a hunchbacked antique dealer who loves her desperately.
Musidora was not only one of the first silent film stars, whose role in Louis Feuillade's "Les Vampires", she was also a filmmaker, novelist and founding member of the Cinémathèque Française.

Vadim is an underground parking attendant, desperately in need of sun and company. He goes to the tanning salon, where the blue light of the UV tints the blues with solar poetry. There he meets Léonore, his booth neighbor, whose presence warms his heart. But the walls of the salon separate them: while he only knows her voice, Vadim would like to meet her physically.
