Between customs and traditions, the transhumance festival is a great time to meet our shepherds, our breeders and local producers, to discover the current issues of silvopastoralism and to get into the.....
..... past and present herds. The transhumance is a time to celebrate with family and friends.
A parade of sheep, accompanied by folk groups, a local market, a film screening, a dress sale, a hike...
There will be plenty of entertainment on offer throughout the day.
Organised by the Municipal Festivals and Traditions Committee
In partnership with the Office de tourisme Alpilles en Provence, the Maison de la Transhumance, the Parc naturel régional des Alpilles the Office de Tourisme des Baux de Provence and the Étoile de l'Avenir d'Arles.
