Full moon of the awakening

A new appointment, throughout the weekend, come and discover, share and practice different techniques of well being as well as activities to help spiritual awakening. An invitation to benevolence and respect for the earth and all its inhabitants whether they are human, animal or plant.

Program :
Saturday
- 9H30 to 10H30: Welcome and installation
- 10:30 am: Welcome
- 11 am to 12 pm: Qi gong with Nathalie Hamel
- 12pm to 2pm: Lunch
- 2 to 2:30 pm: Chakra meditation
- 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.: Hannah Sembelly's conference + time for exchange
- 16h to 17h: Snack break
- 5pm to 7pm: Ecstatic dance or initiation walk (meditation, dowsing rod with Etienne Lang, connection to the subtle with Anne-Laure Homberg, plants and symbolism with Virginie Romette, Bach flowers with Pauline Roux)
-7 to 8:30 pm: Meal
-8:30 pm to 9:45 pm: Workshop connection and revelation of the being with Guillaume Dosgheas
- 21h45: Full moon ceremony with Annelore Scheire followed by drums and instruments

Sunday
- 7am to 8:30am: Gentle wake up yoga mediation
- 8:30am to 9:30am: Breakfast (remember to reserve when you arrive on Saturday)
- 9:30am to 11am: Yoga and initiation walks (meditation, dowsing rod with Etienne Lang, connection to the subtle with Anne-Laure Homberg, plants and symbolism with Virginie Romette)
- 11h30 to 13H: Conference with France Moise
- 1pm to 2:30pm: Lunch
- 2pm to 4pm: Mantra chanting, guidance and closing circle
- 4pm: Exchange
