The CAMINA MANGIA will start in Place de la République, between the Orme and the fountain. A 9km route around the village, interspersed with tastings of local specialities and cultural events. Discover the cultures of yesterday and today.
The Camina Mangia aims to discover the cultural and culinary heritage and to promote the activity of traders, craftsmen and associations of villages. This event is led by an Organizing Committee consisting of the Association "Camina Mangia", the ORGAYA, one or more elected officials of each town.
The departure takes place from 8:30 to 10:30, they will be staggered every 3 to 4 minutes. It is well specified that this event is not in a spirit of competition.
The teams are made up of 8 to 20 participants. Individuals of 1 to 6 people will be placed in a team.
This event is accessible to all healthy people, from 6 to 86 years old, even if you have never hiked before; it is a 3 to 5 hour walk with a 400 m difference in altitude, without any technical difficulty. The course of the walk will lead at certain times to waiting to join the tasting workshops, it will be a moment of exchange and sharing between the teams.
Registrations can be made by mail, telephone or post up to 7 days before the beginning of the event. It would be preferable to send back the registration form with the payment (one form per team (8 people minimum), per family (parents & children), per couple or individual).
To take with you: casual sportswear or rain gear if the weather is not good, sneakers or walking shoes, caps and glasses recommended, cell phone. A backpack is not mandatory
