Immerse yourself in the period when Colmars-les-Alpes became a key link in the French Kingdom's alpine defense system. This themed tour focuses on the pivotal years of the fort's construction. Accompanied by your guide, you'll discover why and how the fort was built, and learn about the vocabulary of Vauban-era military architecture! Please note that the Calvaire Redoubt is open only for the duration of the visit, and only when accompanied by a guide. It is closed outside visiting hours.
