Hosted at Les Salins in 2024, Joël Pommerat's Cinderella made a lasting impression. The outstanding playwright continues his exploration of childhood to offer us this tale about the power of friendship.

Modern Little Girls is a story in the truest sense of the word. A story about love, about friendship, but also about the darker parts of childhood. Two little girls draw from their unbreakable bond the power to face the adult world. With humor, tenderness, and grace, Joël Pommerat recounts the magic of childhood, which draws from the supernatural the strength to confront sometimes inconceivable realities.
