To mark World Wetlands Day, the town of Arles invites you to (re)discover the exceptional richness of its marshes through a conference and an exhibition combining scientific, educational and artistic perspectives.
Since January 2025, Arles has been one of 74 cities worldwide (and 9 in France) recognized by the Ramsar Convention for their commitment to wetlands. This major treaty recognizes these areas as essential to biodiversity and the fight against global warming.
