In 2077, while humanity survives, plagued by precariousness and the consequences of global warming, part of the population has exiled itself to Mars.
On Earth, a father struggles to maintain a relationship with his daughter who has left for Mars, more than 225 million kilometers away. Through this dystopian yet plausible scenario, Tiago Rodrigues explores both the consequences of our choices and the possibility of communication between generations. For this production, he collaborates with actors Adama Diop and Alison Dechamps in a rotating, interplanetary setting, like two celestial bodies caught in their orbit, drawing closer and moving apart. A major new work from the director of the Avignon Festival.
