Olivier Letellier is inspired by the universe of Hayao Miyazaki to create an eminently poetic universe. This political fable casts a critical eye on the adult world to inspire children with the breath of a revolt that is as candid as it is committed.
In the Country-of-the-Manufacturer-of-The-Objects-of-the-World, Tao and Li-Na live in the village of the rock. Their parents left to work in the city, the two children live with the elders and have fun, left to their own devices. On his 13th birthday, Tao has to leave the village. Desperate, Li-Na follows in the footsteps of her friend and, at the end of a perilous journey, finds him, exhausted by the factory. She joins the channel and meets other kids, just like him, extinct. To denounce the illegal work of children, Li-Na commits the most whimsical of insurrections.
