The EPF Athletics is back with its nature race, the 23st edition of the foulées du lac, with its beautiful course around the St Cassien lake, and the great parent/children race.
Come one, come all on Sunday 12 April 2026, runners, trailers, walkers, cross-country runners, track and field runners, parents and children. Make the 2025 edition of the foulées du lac a success and a great moment for the club.
This year, €5 per registration will be donated to the Trail pour Tous association (www.trailpourtous.fr - social integration of people with disabilities through sports, fun and dynamic activities).
1 single course with a common start: 9:30 am at Estérêts de lac and arrival at Montauroux college.
individual race: 13.4 km
team relay race of 3: 13.4 km (in order 3 km / 7 km / 3.4 km)
parent & child race: 2 * 1.5 km
leisure Nordic walking with mandatory poles: 13.4 km

A nordic walking event on a course of 11 kms.
The course runs along protected areas for the preservation of biodiversity, the Fondurane cove and the Fustière Marsh. To this end, all participants agree to respect the following instructions:
Do not throw waste on the course
Stay on the marked trail
Respect the local flora and fauna
We are counting on your involvement.

Collection of race numbers on Saturday 12 April at the Maison du Lac in Saint-Cassien from 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. and from 7:30 a.m. on Sunday morning at the Estérêts du Lac annex town hall
Registrations can only be made on www.sportips.fr within the limit of available places. Only paid registrations will be displayed in the list of participants. There will be no registration on site.
