Les Rendez-vous des Jardins takes place once a month on a Sunday in the Verrerie gardens in Arles. It's an opportunity to discover the activities of the third-party garden center set up on the site, to get together and (re)connect with nature ... and with each other! Find out more about the program, a day dedicated to composting and recycling: MAKE A LOMBRICOMPOSTER - 2pm-4pm DIY workshop in the garden to build a wooden worm compost bin. A shared time for tinkering, testing and learning by doing. With Georges, a volunteer member of the tiers-lieu (open to all, ages 8 and up, accompanied by children) THE SECRETS OF COMPOST - 2pm-4pm We'll explore the secrets of compost together, learn the right reflexes to adopt, and pick up a few tricks for transforming our everyday leftovers into a real resource! with Marine, manager of the tiers-lieu nature center (open to the general public, continuous for 2 hours PHYSICAL REFOCUSING AND EMOTIONAL RE-HARMONIZATION THROUGH QI JONG - 2pm-4pm In keeping with the day's theme of recycling, this workshop offers a time of personal ecology: taking care of yourself through physical, emotional and energetic rebalancing using Qi Gong, an age-old Chinese health art. with David Lombardo, from the Kung Fu Wushu Yuan Shen school (open to all, ages 8 and up, children accompanied) ----- Practical info: Recommended access: on foot, by bus (n°5 - Verrerie stop) or by bike.
