From July 2 to 5 at dusk, the town invites you to the 9th edition of the Soirées de la Pesquière for four free concerts on the waterfront, with danceable, nostalgic, lyrical and Latin atmospheres.
On the program: Monday July 2, "La guerre des boutons", a festive jazz ball by the Pulcinella company.
For almost 18 years, this mischievous group from Toulouse has never tired of doing what they want. Armed with drums, double bass, accordion and saxophone, they mix funk, jazz, Balkan music, electro, musette, progressive rock... to create a polymorphous music without borders.
For this hybrid, swaying, carnal repertoire, the Pulcinella quartet becomes a quintet, with two accordionists (who also play keyboards)!
And when they're not playing saxophone, double bass, drums and accordion, the Pulcinella give their voices to this lively, percussive repertoire with Afrolatin, musette, funk and Balkan influences...
Electrifying original compositions and energized covers promise insistent calls to dance!
A colorful and festive War of the Buttons!
Corentin Restif accordion, Armon organ, vocals
Florian Demonsant accordion, Elka organ, vocals
Ferdinand Doumerc saxophones, flute, vocals
Jean-Marc Serpin double bass, vocals
Pierre Pollet drums, vocals
