Metamorphosis
Marked by the work of Kafka, whose Metamorphosis he discovered at the age of 14, Miquel Barceló created a series of numbered notebooks in which he highlights the beauty of the living. After immersing themselves in the artist's world and his watercolors, the children illustrate their own notebooks. Using a mix of different techniques (watercolor, Indian ink, gouache, etc.), they create an imaginary world populated by hybrid animals whose appearance changes as the pages turn.
