Les Zam at Le Bellevue
On Saturday we'll be at the Bellevue restaurant, a place that I (William) am particularly fond of for its breathtaking view over the plain and its sunset, as well as this Templar farmhouse with its centuries-old walls and trees that saw me grow up and that can be seen from the heights of Moissac.
I don't know the new owners' cuisine personally yet, but it looks very promising!
