Ahead of the Festival of Lights in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, the Rémyfacilavélo association is organising a free illuminated bike parade open to all on Saturday 6 December.
The Light Bike Parade is a great opportunity to raise awareness of the importance of good lighting for safe cycling, especially during the winter months when visibility is reduced.
For the occasion, cyclists are invited to light up and decorate their bikes, transforming them into veritable rolling works of art.
This festive family ride will start at 5.30pm from the skatepark. The procession will tour the town before returning to the starting point at around 6pm. Upon arrival, mulled wine will be offered to participants to bring this luminous parade to a convivial close.
