A fun workshop for children on discovering beehives and bees, led by Sophie, a beekeeper from Collobrières.
During a workshop combining discovery, creativity and tasty treats, children will be plunged into the fascinating world of bees.
By observing the hive, they will be able to understand the role of each member of the colony and learn more about the beekeeper's job. They'll also learn about the different jobs beekeepers carry out throughout the year, as well as the products of the hive and their benefits.
Bonus points: A discovery of the secret life of bees, with beeswax candle making and tasting of honey and other products of the hive.
