Introduction. How to act in the event of an accident (protect, alert, rescue). Led by a firefighter trainer.

Exercises and techniques for managing stress, learning to release physical and mental tension. Led by a sophrologist.
2.30pm - 2.45pm: Nutrition and physical activity
"Eat well, move well every day - the keys to good health! Come and try out the smoothie bike! Led by a dietician and an adapted physical activity coach.
2.45pm - 3pm: Relaxation and self-massage
"Discover the basic techniques of self-massage (posture and breathing). Led by a certified well-being massage practitioner.
