To mark the 130th anniversary of Marcel Pagnol's birth, the Musée du Masque de fer et du Fort Royal revisits the historical investigation led by Pagnol in the footsteps of the mysterious Man in the Iron Mask.

A collection of letters, original documents and personal objects evokes Pagnol's passion for the enigma of France's most famous prisoner, to whom he dedicated two books in 1965 and 1973.
