Marianne(s): a monumental installation by Sylvie Castioni takes over Place Masséna, as part of the Nice Carnival.
As part of the "Vive la Reine" edition of the Nice Carnival, Place Masséna hosts Sylvie Castioni's monumental installation, Marianne(s). Spanning 60 meters, this work, curated by Annelise Stern, brings together 92 committed individuals who unite to reaffirm the fundamental values of liberty, equality, and justice for all. Supported by Exaprint, the creative workshop for all, Marianne(s) takes its place in the public space as an ode to sisterhood, women's heritage, and the central role of women in our republican history.
