Discover ‘Monuments in (top) form’ at the archaeological site of Glanum
Come and take part in the Monuments en (pleine) forme event in Glanum. Three workshops will be offered on this occasion:
-Saturday 30 May, at 2pm and 4pm. Come and share a moment of joyful camaraderie through movement and play! The course follows a theme of dance, guided by Maïlys Chassagne, choreographer and teacher.
A unique artistic experience for young and old alike! Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Duration: 2 hours.
Open to adults/teenagers/children aged 5 and over, no previous dance experience required.
-Sunday 31 May, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. ‘Do In at Glanum’ workshops
a ‘Well-being’ physical workshop among the ruins and a presentation of the Glanum site. Do In promotes energy flow: ancient knowledge for modern wellbeing at your fingertips:
* On mats: self-massage and physical exercises, a technique closely related to Shiatsu, a form of Japanese massage, with which it shares pressure and body mobilisation techniques. Kneading, tapping, applying pressure, stretching, gentle movements, breathing exercises.
Duration: 2 hours. Adults and children aged 7 and over, no particular physical condition required.
