To mark International Yoga Day, Hyères' Heritage Department has teamed up with Juliette Caussil and Anne-Cécile Moreau to offer four free yoga sessions at remarkable historic sites.
Pranayama is defined as "the expansion of vital energy", the control and lengthening of the breath. During this morning practice, yoga teacher Anne-Cécile Moreau will guide you through breathing techniques to purify the mind, balance the nervous system and increase concentration to enter meditation.
Meet on the château esplanade
Duration: 1 h - This practice is open to all (adults) and requires no previous meditation experience.
Bring a yoga/gym mat. Some mats will be available for loan on site, while stocks last.
