As part of Nature Week, head to the sand dune (parking lot next to Don Bosco school) for an immersive afternoon in the heart of nature.
The program begins with an introductory presentation, followed by a discussion on the benefits of nature for our well-being. Participants will then enjoy moments of breathing, relaxation and gentle stretching, a contemplative workshop and a briefing on the site's main endemic plants. The experience continues with collective land art, sensory workshops and a time of connection with the trees, before concluding with a convivial moment of sharing over a drink and a small snack.
Meet on site at 1.15pm (parking along the road). Bring a small rucksack with water, a cap or hat, sneakers or walking shoes, comfortable clothing and a little blanket to sit on. Suitable for all levels (slight climb at the start of the trail). Children aged 8 and over.
