- 6:15 pm: VIP welcome on the forecourt of the Sanctuaire Saint-Joseph
- 6:30pm: solemn mass, presided over by His Excellency Monsignor Dominique-Marie David
- 7:30pm: distribution of blessed bread rolls on the forecourt
- 7.45pm: fireworks display on Place du Commandant Raynal
- 8.15pm: speeches and aperitif offered to the public on Place de la Libération.
