A photo exhibition has been set up at the refuge for the summer: Jérôme Doutaz, a passionate amateur photographer, reveals his view of nature, and more specifically of nocturnal landscapes.
Jérôme Doutaz is an amateur photographer from the Isère region. His eye has always been drawn to the natural world around him. But he's particularly drawn to nocturnal landscapes.
His photographs are the fruit of years of alpine exploration. They offer us a different view of the mountains, linking them to the starry sky through the camera. Long exposures reveal the presence of our Milky Way, present from mid-spring to early autumn; and the richness of winter skies.
He is delighted to share his work with visitors to the Refuge du Pic du Mas de la Grave.
