The commune of Tende and the Remontons la Roya association are organizing a study day on the Quirinal Treaty and new opportunities for cross-border cooperation between France and Italy.

Part 1: How can existing cooperation be improved?
- 10:30 A word from Jean-Pierre Vassallo, mayor of Tende and CARF vice-president for cross-border issues
- 10:45 A word from Laurence Boetti-Forestier, regional councillor
- 11:00 Luca Serale, Vice-Mayor of Cuneo
- 11:15 Monica Colucci and François Lefebvre of the CARF will present the European Grouping for Territorial Cooperation project.
- 11:40 Cristiana Taricco and Michel Braun present Alcotra achievements
- 12h10 - 12h40: Questions from the audience

Part 2: Young people have their say
- 2:00 pm "The Quirinal Treaty, a friendship treaty for Franco-Italian cooperation". The subject is presented by Esabac students from the Lycée Pierre et Marie Curie, Menton.
- 2:30 pm An example of the implementation of the Elysée Treaty, a Franco-German friendship treaty: "The Eurodistrict, Freiburg-Centre and South Alsace Region".
- 3:00 pm - 3:30 pm: Questions from the audience and discussion
