Discover the read-theatre adaptation of Maupassant's short story "Une partie de campagne", at the Hôtel de Sade in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, on Saturday 18 May at 4pm!
Published in 1881, Maupassant's short story recounts the escape of a family of Parisian shopkeepers to a guinguette on the banks of the Seine. Light, sensual, ironic and melancholy, it inspired one of Jean Renoir's finest films.
Isabelle Mentré and Christophe David offer us a reading-theatre adaptation.
After the performance, you can visit the Hôtel de Sade until 6pm, if you wish.
Tickets can only be purchased via the Hôtel de Sade online ticket office.
