It all starts with anger. The anger that erupts when Anya announces her dream of writing an opera and comes up against the harsh reality that, for many, there is no such thing as a great composer. Anya rejects this injustice. A child's anger erupts, an old, visceral anger that makes walls shake and doors slam. Anya wants to be free! She wants to fight against prohibitions, against injunctions, against everything that tries to divert her from her destiny.

Strengthened by this rebellion, she locks herself in her room to create her opera, alone, in her own way. There, she summons her muses: the ghosts of the past, the melodies of her ancestral folklore, mixed with the powerful riffs of the electric guitars of her modern heroes. Anya, a daring and resolute heroine, invents her work with a savoury, uninhibited and instinctive freedom of tone.

Through Anya's rebellion, we celebrate the emergence of an inner strength, the autonomy and determination of a young girl. A child's temper tantrums are not mere whims; they are sometimes immense powers of reinvention.
