SYMPATHY is a 70s/80s cover band, more Pop Rock than Variété.

The covers focus on the English scene of those years: Depeche Mode, Bowie, Lou Reed, INXS, Pink Floyd, and in French, covers by artists such as Bashung, Hubert-Félix Thiefaine, Jean-Patrick Capdevielle, S Eicher, Lavilliers...etc. The songs in the repertoire are all well-known and much-loved "hits". And most of them are danceable! The band's name is a nod to the Rolling Stones' Sympathy for the Devil.
