Gentle walks combining mindful walking and sophrology exercises in Martigues.
Accessible walks, easy/very easy level, suitable for ages 12 and up.
Outdoor relaxation practices.
Along the way, we will take the time to:
- breathe in nature
- awaken our senses
- pause for short guided practices (relaxation, visualization, gentle exercises...)
- explore what happens within us when the mind slows down.
No experience is necessary, just a desire to walk at a leisurely pace and give yourself a break for well-being, a moment just for you.
Each participant will receive a journal in which they can record their feelings before and after each outing and activity, in order to solidify and reinforce the various relaxation techniques practiced during the walk.
Each outing ends with a friendly chat where respect, kindness, and active listening are always paramount. The aim is to offer a moment of sharing, in all simplicity.
Small groups of 6 to 8 people (by reservation) - outing confirmed from 2 participants, subject to favorable weather.
