Doing the caterpillar together on the evening of a performance: it's a simple project. And yet, this seemingly harmless festive ritual is a source of powerful reactions: rejection, pleasure, euphoria. For some, it even touches on tradition. Using the caterpillar as a starting point, La Cabale questions our relationship with ridicule and shame, and turns this dance into a political, sociological and ecological subject. Kermesse could be a social experiment.
