La Compagnie Mes Cliques Et Mes Claques presents "Tailleur pour dames" by Georges Feydeau.
Doctor Moulineaux, "serious and established" after a dissipated youth, lives bourgeoisly with his wife Yvonne. One evening, he takes off for the night and his wife asks for an explanation. He tells her he's been at Bassinet's bedside all night, dying. Unluckily, Bassinet arrives to ask for a favor. Bassinet is looking to rent a small mezzanine, formerly a dressmaker's workshop, which would make an excellent bachelor pad... If Moulineaux's sister-in-law didn't want it too, and if his mistress's husband didn't also come with his own mistress... All these misunderstandings force Moulineaux to pass himself off as a dressmaker. It's written to the letter, and we laugh from beginning to end.
