Thomas Dutronc « Jazz & Friends »
Following the success of Frenchy, a gold disc acclaimed by audiences and critics alike, Thomas Dutronc returns in summer 2026 with a new live project dedicated to covers of jazz standards. In this show, he explores the cool jazz world of Chet Baker, pays tribute to the gypsy jazz legacy of Django Reinhardt and elegantly reinterprets the timeless standards of the Great American Songbook. Accompanied by his collaborators Éric Legnini (piano), Stéphane Belmondo (trumpet), Rocky Gresset (guitar), Franck Agulhon (drums) and Thomas Bramerie (double bass), Thomas Dutronc offers a performance where virtuosity, swing and improvisation come together to share a unique moment with his audience!
Erik Truffaz & Antonio Lizana – “New sketches of Spain”
Fascinated by his discovery of music linked to Spanish folk traditions (notably Joaquín Rodrigo's Concierto de Aranjuez) and certain expressions of the country's cultural heritage (such as flamenco and religious processions), trumpeter Miles Davis gave his intense and poetic vision in ‘Sketches of Spain’, a masterpiece marking the opening of jazz to world music.
An emancipated disciple of his glorious elder, Erik Truffaz has become one of the leading figures of electro-jazz trumpet, whose creativity has never waned. His meeting with saxophonist and flamenco singer Antonio Lizana, a true Spanish phenomenon, was sealed by an ambitious project: to offer their contemporary vision of these ‘Sketches of Spain’, whose genius has spanned the decades.
