
The 1st leg of the 56th Coupe de France of the Yacht Club de France, the "Toulon Provence Regatta" features 12mJI yachts that have taken part in major international competitions, from the Olympic Games (1908-1920) to the America's Cup (1958-1987).

Second edition in Toulon for this major regatta, this year featuring all metric and universal sailboat classes. In particular, you'll find the 12 mJI, with a round of the 56th Coupe de France of the Yacht Club de France, the first Mediterranean leg of the 2024-2025 season, as well as the 2.4 mR yachts, with a leg of their European circuit.
For the first time, a regatta project for 1mJI IA and 2.7 Open IA model sailboats will be organized under the sponsorship of the Direction Générale de l'Armement. It will bring together pairs (schools/companies) to develop autonomous sailing systems.
All sailboats will be on display in the Vieille Darse of the Port of Toulon, on the Quai Cronstadt between the town hall and the Préfecture Maritime, accompanied by their numerous crew members from Thursday May 22 to Sunday May 25.
They will sail for 4 days in Toulon's Grande Rade, and will be visible from the Vignettes nautical stadium.
Follow-up regattas at sea and from land will be offered, as well as evenings with the crews.
Evening visits are available on prior reservation.
On Saturday, May 24, free baptisms and nautical animations will be offered to the general public on the Anse des Pins at Le Mourillon.

> Tuesday May 20: Start of boat reception in the port of Toulon (Vieille Darse)
> Thursday May 22: Training day (Vignettes nautical stadium and along the MTPM coastline)
> Thursday May 22 at 6pm > Launch party for the general public with crews present (Carré du port then Place de l'Equerre)
> Thursday May 22 to 24: Regatta summaries on big screen (Carré du port), sailboat visits from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. (registration required).
> Friday May 23 to Sunday May 25: Three days of regattas with several races and several classes of metric sailboats (Vignettes nautical stadium, in front of Fort St Louis and in Toulon's Vieux Port).
> Saturday, May 24: Animations, demonstrations and water baptisms in front of Anse des Pins and Anse du Lido on the Mourillon beaches (free).
> Saturday May 24 at 6pm > Crew party (Place de l'Equerre)
> Sunday May 25: Prize-giving ceremony at 4pm (not open to the public).
