Trail running is a sport that gives you the opportunity to run in the great outdoors over varied and technical terrain, such as mountain and forest paths.
The GRIZZLY TRAIL club offers a range of training sessions based on muscle strengthening, split training and specific training during the week, as well as weekend outings in the surrounding mountains. Our ethos is based on conviviality, goodwill, challenging yourself, contact with nature, well-being and physical health.
