An exclusive moment where three wines from Château de Chausse will be enhanced by three creations from Pastry Chef Stéphane Marin. After working for several years at the Byblos in Saint-Tropez, Pastry Chef and Chocolatier Stéphane Marin settled in Cogolin, much to our delight. To awaken your gourmet side, Château de Chausse offers a unique pairing: a tasting combining our estate's wines with the delicious sweet creations of the Chocolaterie Marin.
Emblematic wines for exceptional chocolates—come and discover a most indulgent chocolate and wine pairing. On Friday, April 3rd and Saturday, April 4th, we invite you to book a discovery session for two or more in our private tasting room.
On Saturday, your children will also have their festive moment thanks to our partner, Mon Meilleur Anniversaire. Diane will offer free Easter-themed creative activities. This will keep them entertained during your tasting and provide a wonderful opportunity for a family Saturday at Château de Chausse.
