The Saint-Tropez Archives Department is offering a guided tour of the old town through the medium of the archives, starting at 10am in front of the Château Suffren. Please register with Saint-Tropez Tourisme (maximum 25 people).
Thanks to the archives on display, the tour will attempt to recreate the daily life of the inhabitants in centuries gone by. We'll look at the changes that have taken place in the settlement since the town was refounded, but above all we'll look at the main concerns of the people of Saint-Tropez at the time: safety, water and bread.
