Our guide invites you to discover how the waters of the Reppe were domesticated by mankind from the Middle Ages onwards, through the construction of canals that include the Canal des Moulins, the Canal des Fontaines and the Canal des jardins.
Over the centuries, the people of Ollioules have ingeniously and persistently shared these waters. You will learn how Ollioules became the capital of the flower from 1850 to 1990. You will visit the Moulin de Palisson, a 15th century flour mill, a real museum of the miller's trade.
To be confirmed: Weather permitting, at the end of the visit, you will be offered a tasting of local products (at your discretion): wine produced by the Domaine de Terrebrune as well as artisanal biscuits made by Péchés Gourmands.
