An involuntary clown, excessively calm and meticulous to a fault, shares his little daily obsessions with us by manipulating everyday objects like no one else. Tiny, unforgettable performances. A revelation!
"Why make things simple when you can make them complicated?" could be the motto of the character in this show. Meticulous, calm, very calm, a touch cold and distant, this involuntary clown displays excessive patience and meticulousness... He's there, present, busy with trivial and insignificant things, which seem to him to be highly necessary
Gathered around him, we watch him prepare tea. He plugs in the kettle, sits on a tiny chair and waits... Then delicately, he places a sugar on the kettle's switch... It simmers and... the sugar falls exactly into the cup!
Everything is in its place, every gesture is calculated to the millimetre and provokes a chain reaction of spectacular precision. A perfectly oiled mechanism? Not so sure... So tranquil on the surface, it gradually begins to go off the rails when a grain of sand gets in the way of this succession of perfectly methodical gestures.
This character, with his tiny performances, tells us about the little obsessions of everyday life, obsessions that sometimes become sickly...
A little gem to be discovered in the open air!
