Explore the Mediterranean flora at our picnic enhanced by wild salads. In the evening, enjoy a meal of wild plants at Alain's, after a stroll along the Roya.

On Sunday and Monday, we'll be concentrating on the edible plants we gather in the valley or in the mountains, and cooking and tasting our creations together. Our outings and training courses are aimed at both beginners and those with some knowledge of botany in general.
