The Bonneveine beach is sandy, 540 meters long, with an area marked out for swimming by yellow markers. It is equipped with a snack bar, garbage garbage cans, first aid station, lockers, toilets and showers. A channel is reserved for kite-surfs.

The beach is lifeguarded from 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. during the swimming season (see the exact dates, updated annually, at www.marseille.fr)
Supervised beaches are equipped with restrooms open daily from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. This network of facilities, maintained by the City of Marseille, helps ensure the quality of the bathing waters.
Lockers are supervised from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Since 2021, a smoking ban has been in effect at the 15 supervised swimming areas; this municipal decision aims to protect non-smoking beachgoers and preserve local biodiversity by reducing the amount of litter associated with smoking.

on the quality of bathing water at the 15 swimming areas covered by the beach monitoring program.
The City of Marseille is expanding its initiatives to support people with reduced mobility and/or disabilities. Through its “À nous la mer!” initiative and related programs, it provides Marseille residents with easier access to swimming during the beach season.
