To combat accidental drownings, which claim nearly 1,000 lives each year and primarily affect young children, the City of Le Lavandou is continuing its efforts to promote swimming instruction.
A temporary swimming pool dedicated to teaching children to swim has been set up near the Lavandou tennis court.
