The C.I.P.P.A.'s weight training and cardio training room has high-tech equipment: 30 weight training workstations, 9 cardio training workstations, a relaxation area and two saunas.
In permanent contact with the manager of the Centre médico sportif, a qualified instructor will be available to advise you and help you achieve your objectives.
Your visit to the gym can allow you to:

A single subscription giving you access to all the activities of the gym:
Cardio-muscular area with bikes, step and rowing machines

Group classes
Group classes allow you to strengthen your muscles in general, the use of swiss-ball, medecineball allows general work on the gainage.
The work is done in a good mood... With several people the effort seems less hard!
Conditions of access:
The minimum age is 15 years.
For young people from 15 to 18 years, a parental authorization will be required.
You will have to provide a medical certificate of less than three months established by an approved doctor "sports doctor".
You will also have to provide a certificate of insurance in civil liability.
Please note that the hall will be closed for 5 weeks a year due to holidays and public holidays.
